This is a blog post that I saw and liked on The Simplify Daily from This Dear Casa.... want to give credit where it is due :)
I too have renovated a house before... she brings up some great things to consider before you pull the trigger.
Her point about decision fatigue is valid...sometimes it's a good idea to bounce your decisions off someone who has a fresh pair of eyes and may be thinking more lucidly than you are at that moment.
