Judy was an absolute gem to work with. Her knowledge of the area was impeccable, she figured out what I was looking for and showed me homes that were just that. She was responsive, professional and always answered my questions so I could understand even better what I was asking about. i felt like she was my friend through the whole process and was looking out for my best interest. I could really trust her and that is so important to me, Thanks Judy for everything you did!

Being first time home buyers the process was very stressful. Judy was very patient and understanding and thoroughly explained every detail. Having Judy on our team made the home buying process much easier. Thank you for helping us accomplish our dream!!

We closed on our house late at night and close to Christmas Judy went out of her way to put a holiday wreath on our door to help us feel welcome. It was completely unexpected and extremely thoughtful. She was considerate, patient and helped us tremendously through the entire process as first time homebuyers it was great to have someone like her who truly cared about what we wanted/needed.

Between disfunctional mortgage companies and unstable buyers of our own home, it took Judy a lot of time ensuring that the outcome would be in OUR favor. We felt that she went above and beyond to make sure that we were covered and that the stress was as minimal as possible. It is a shame to have experienced such poor business practices with banks and other buyer agents but Judy navigated us through all of it safely. She knows her stuff and made us feel protected at all times.

Judy Flaig Graffum helped us purchase a second home, rent our first home and sell both homes. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. We would not think of using anyone else in the Richmond area. If we ever get to return to Virginia, she will be our first call. We have referred her to friends and they rave about her too.

Judy really went the extra mile and then some. Multiple times. She checked on the house regularly. Got contractors for us and made sure repairs were done. Checked all details on offers and contracts, and followed up. And put up with stressed out sellers patiently, cheerfully and professionally.

We worked with Judy selling our previous home, she was very professional, friendly and kept us informed and up to date on the process. She guided us through the process and we trusted her expertise and guidance. Judy was always available to awnser any questions we had and always responded in a timely manner. When we moved back to Virginia we knew that Judy was going to be our realtor, we did not even consider anyone else. Judy is very organized and does her homework. She made buying our home easy for us. We did a lot of communication on the phone since we were looking for a home in Virginia while we were living in Michigan. We couldn't' have been successful in this process without the hard work and time that Judy put in for us. If we ever sell again, Judy will be our realtor!
